The revised rules cleaned up a lot of the clunky stuff from the original CCG, and the updated art actually looks great on the table. Building your deck between rounds is addictive—my group played three games straight the first night.

Deck-building with the old '90s cards is exactly the nostalgia hit I wanted, and the revised rules actually make the mage decks feel balanced instead of broken. My group got three games in the first night, and we're already planning which boosters to add next.

The updated art on the cards totally modernizes the look while keeping the '90s deck-building feel I loved. I've already played three sessions and the revised rules make deck upgrading way smoother.
