The BattleMaster enters the field.
The BattleTech BattleMaster is a must-have for any Battle Lance seeking reliable and sustainable firepower. Its combination of a PPC and medium lasers make it revered across the Inner Sphere. With its battle-tested reputation, the BattleMaster is the perfect complement for any Lance.
Picked this up to anchor my Battle Lance and the medium lasers are crisp enough to pick out without any mold flash. The PPC arm fits snugly into the torso socket, no pinning needed. Solid, hefty little chunk of pewter that feels like it'll survive a few drops off the table.
The detail on the PPC arm is sharper than I expected for a sculpt this size, and it painted up way easier than my old plastic minis. Pairs nicely with the medium lasers when I run it as the anchor of a lance.
The PPC barrel and medium laser array are crisp enough to look table-ready right out of the box, which saved me an afternoon of cleanup. It's got a solid, weighty feel that makes it sit proudly on the hex base. Exactly the kind of dependable centerpiece my Battle Lance was missing.
