Originally an ad hoc militia unit scraped together by Grayson Death Carlyle, this elite unit became known for effective use of combined arms tactics. The Heavy Battle Lance is ready for action. Includes the Shadow Hawk, Catapult, Gargoyle, and Regent.
Picked this up to round out my combined-arms force and the lance composition is exactly what I needed for a heavy list. The minis went together cleanly and the scaled detail on the 'Mechs holds up fine under a basic wash and drybrush.
The Gray Death Legion sculpts have way more detail than I expected for the scale, and the combined-arms vibe really comes through in the poses. Mold lines were minimal so cleanup took maybe ten minutes per mini before priming.
The detail on these sculpts is sharp, and they capture that scrappy militia vibe perfectly for a heavy lance. I’ve already got them primed and ready for tabletop action.
